We at Sunny Day Supply value your business! We strive to cut and ship your order in perfect condition. That said, if you find your fabric has a flaw or has been damaged in shipping please contact us at sunnydaysupplyco@gmail.com. We will gladly make it right!

Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered in any way cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding your fabric purchase, please contact Sunny Day Supply at sunnydaysupplyco@gmail.com.

If, after conversations with us, we agree you should return your fabric purchase to us, please ship it (within 30 days) to Sunny Day Supply Company, 13601 Church View Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147.

We respect your privacy. All personal information which you provide voluntarily will be kept secure and only used to process transactions, or if necessary, to contact you. We will never sell your personal information or release it to a third party.

We must collect tax on all orders placed in Ohio. We ship international orders as merchandise. Any VAT taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sunny Day Supply is not responsible for these charges.

All orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders to US addresses ship in a USPS padded envelope at $7.55. Orders to Canada (up to 10 total yards of fabric or equivalent) ship USPS flat rate Priority Mail International at US$24.10. All other International (non-US or Canada) orders (up to 10 total yards of fabric or equivalent) ship USPS flat rate Priority Mail International at US$33.95. If your purchases will not fit in a USPS flat rate Priority Mail envelope, we will contact you to invoice for the additional shipping costs.
